What is CZ Mentoring?

CZ Mentoring is a female-centric alternative coaching service for women. We are women working exclusively with women, helping them navigate life's changes and challenges to realize their full potential.

Is CZ Mentoring the same as life coaching?

CZ Mentoring is similar to life coaching in that our coaches help you identify goals, overcome obstacles and make desired changes. The difference is in our unique holistic, integrative and experiential approach that enhances and stabilizes change at the more subtle levels of being.

How long does a coaching session last?

The duration of our coaching sessions is 75 minutes. In certain instances, sessions may be lengthened to complete a specific process.

How often do you meet with your coach?

How often you meet with your coach depends on several factors that are discussed in the first session, such as your reason for booking and what you hope to achieve. Some clients find the relief they want after a single session. For others, it may take 3 or more sessions. Together you and your coach decide how often to meet and whether the timing needs to shift as your relationship progresses.

How does CZ Mentoring work?

CZ Mentoring coaches use typical life coaching methods, plus incorporate safe, simple and proven non-linear shamanic and energy-based techniques that move beyond the mind to access hidden truths and awaken new pathways forward, allowing you to create core changes efficiently and effectively.

How long is your coaching program?

At CZ Mentoring, LLC we respect each woman's unique situation and do not follow a program or "one size fits all" model. You and your coach discuss options to maximize gains based on your unique situation.

How much is a coaching session?

Our coaching fee ranges from $75 to $95. A basic session is 75 minutes for $75. Sessions involving certain shamanic and energy techniques are booked for 90 minutes at $95. Your coach will discuss which session feels best for the issue at hand and you go from there. We keep our scheduling flexible to accommodate client needs as they evolve.
