What does your approach involve?
Similar to other approaches, we discuss goals and obstacles within a safe, confidential space. Your session may include participation in holistic, integrative and energy-activating techniques that enhance and stabilize change at a subtle level, and take-home practices to help promote and sustain tangible outcomes in your life.
Where do I start?
I keep my rates within reach. Schedule a free 15 minute call to connect and see if we are a good fit (email to schedule). If we are, we'll book a session and go from there. It's best to add 30 extra minutes to your calendar "end time" for integration.
At the end of your session we discuss the experience, answer questions and decide next steps.
How often do we meet?
How often we meet depends on your situation. At the end of each session we take a few moments to discuss next steps.
How does your approach work?
Together we move through conversation and/or safe, simple and proven non-linear shamanic, energy-based, and yogic techniques. These techniques help access hidden truths, activate dormant energies and awaken new pathways forward to allow access to core change. No experience necessary. Each step is tempered to your readiness for optimal results.
What are your fees and do you offer Packages?
Many clients find relief in one session.
Basic Process sessions are $60/1 hour.
Deep Process sessions are $90/1.5 hours.
If additional sessions are optimal, I offer two discounted packages:
Package 1: 3 Basic Process sessions at $150 (save $30).
Package 2: 2 Basic Process + 1 Deep Process session at $180 (save $30).
Note that individual sessions and packages are paid via Venmo [@Cecilia-Zuniga-11] or Stripe at the start. Packages expire in 3 months.
