What does your approach involve?

Similar to other approaches, I help you identify goals, overcome obstacles and make desired changes in your life within a space of safe authentic connection. Our work together also involves the inclusion of uniquely holistic, integrative and energy-activating techniques that enhance and stabilize change at a core, subtle level to promote tangible outcomes.

Where do I start?

Start with a complimentary 15 minute call (text to schedule).

If it feels aligned, we schedule a Basic Process session (60 minutes at $60) or a Deep Process session (90 minutes at $90). At the end of your session we discuss the experience, answer questions and decide next steps.

Note that to ensure commitment, individual sessions are prepaid and can be rescheduled, but are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and expire in 1 month for optimization.

How often do we meet?

How often we meet depends on your situation. At the end of each session we take a few moments to discuss next steps.

How does your approach work?

I go beyond typical methods to incorporate safe, simple and proven non-linear shamanic, energy-based, and yogic techniques. These techniques help us access hidden truths, activate dormant energies and awaken new pathways forward, allowing you to create core changes more efficiently and effectively. No experience necessary. I guide you through the session in a way that promotes optimal results.

Do you offer Packages?

Many clients find relief in one session. However, should more sessions be desired, I offer three packages:

Package 1 is three Basic Process sessions at $150.

Package 2 is one Basic Process and two Deep Process sessions at $210.

Package 3 is three Deep Process sessions at $240.
