READY TO HEAL?
Healing ourselves takes a deep internal shift that we struggle to achieve on our own because of past hurts, stressors, and traumas. Even seemingly inert experiences, especially when we are children, can have a lasting negative impact on our psyche and our life.
Every one of our experiences cues our brain to form neural connections that become the default thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that rule our lives. These sneaky defaults and hidden habits impact our relationship to ourselves and others, often in hurtful ways.
In my studies and personal healing journey, I discovered two keys that make a significant difference in the quality of our lives. Using these two keys, we can clear trauma, stabilize emotions, and transform hurtful habits. Learning new ways to manage these two keys transforms and uplifts our lives.
