We spend a good deal of it tapping your innate wisdom, removing inner distortions, reclaiming your purity and honoring your most powerful self. From there, the next best step for you is revealed, whether that involves healing an old emotional wound, creating a sustainable fitness plan or rewiring a neural habit in your mind.
