My mission is helping women access life-stabilizing support they can afford and rest into, life-altering insights they can trust, and life-enhancing tools they can live by.

My Vision
My vision is a world in which life's sacredness is honored, people's dignity and sovereignty are upheld, and humans live in harmony with each other and all life on our planet.
Women thrive with personal support that is in synch with our energy, rhythm and flow. Women advance when that support is clear. And women flourish when our intuition, intelligence, vision and creative spirit are honored.
Getting help through the hard stuff doesn't mean we're weak, broken or incapable.
It means we're human. It means we're strong enough to admit we've done all we can on our own. And it means we're wise enough to know we don't have to fight our way through it alone.
I help you see what's hard to see, change what's hard to change, and transform what's subtle to restore a sense of wholeness, ease and fulfillment.
Meet Cecilia
After leaving her career as a school psychologist behind, Cecilia shifted into the private sector to address insufficiencies she witnessed in the guidance field. From 2006-2012, she completed in-depth training in key specialty modalities and integrated the techniques into her service to enhance client transformation. She opened InnerScapes, LLC in 2010, changing the name to CZ Mentoring, LLC in 2017 as business grew. Formally trained in psychology, counseling, education, shamanic practice, yoga and life coaching, she is a personal guide, a kundalini yogi, a shamanic/energy/frequency practitioner, a teacher, writer, author and nature lover.
