Are you ready for it?

Change is in the air, not because the seasons are changing but because humans are awakening, remembering the higher truths of our nature. Are you ready for it? Because it's time. No more messing around.

What's happening right now is no accident. We can't see the purpose of it because we never have eyes on the full tapestry of a moment but make no mistake. Everything happening—good, bad or otherwise in our opinion—plays a role in our evolution.

Take our cultural reality at the moment. Too many humans still cling to a vision of a world they can control. The rub is that humans can never truly control anything because everything in this reality is eternally free. We may believe we are controlling things but ultimately we are not. If temporary control over a thing provides a sense of power or safety, losing that control brings a sense of powerlessness and insecurity that most humans fear.

True power and safety don't come through control; they come through release. They aren't born of fear or closure; they are born of courage and vulnerability. And they can't be maintained with force; they are held through love. Only, this is the case when humans stand in their integrity rather than their defenses, which is a big ask.

Reflect on your inner world—the one that creates your reality. See what's there, hidden in the deeper corners of your being that is ready to meet the light. Be honest and real without judging anything you encounter. Use these questions to guide you.

Where are you on the control-release spectrum? Where do you seek safety through control? What do you cling to trying to feel safe? What do you fear will happen if you release what you cling to? Where can you bring more courage, vulnerability, integrity and truth? Where can you build friendships and community? Where are stronger boundaries called for to protect your energy from those who are out of balance or lack integrity? Where can you swap force for pure love? What narratives are you willing to release in order to explore to a higher truth? Where can you take a healthy risk in the name of evolution? Where can you bring more integrity to embrace a renewal of spirit? What stops you from upholding your sacredness, the sacredness of others, and the sacredness of all Life?

It's time to open the door to our spiritual evolution and to afford ourselves the gift of a better life on Earth, one that is harmonious and healthy, balanced and beautiful, peaceful and purposeful. We are perfectly capable but we must actively choose to create that reality, first inside and then outside. Waiting for some miracle to do the work for us is a closed door, a waste of life. We are the miracle. And it's time.
