Meet Cecilia

After leaving her career as a school psychologist behind for the private coaching sector, Cecilia opened InnerScapes, LLC in 2010, changing the name to CZ Mentoring, LLC in 2017 to reflect the breadth of her work. WOMANward™ is the life coaching arm of the LLC., designed exclusively for women.

With a professional background in psychology, counseling and educational psychology, Cecilia shifted into coaching to address insufficiencies she witnessed in the guidance field. From 2006-2012, she completed additional in-depth training in key specialty modalities and integrated the techniques into her portfolio to enhance client transformation.
