Meet Cecilia

After leaving her career as a school psychologist behind, Cecilia shifted into the private sector to address insufficiencies she witnessed in the guidance field. From 2006-2012, she completed in-depth training in key specialty modalities and integrated the techniques into her service to enhance client transformation. She opened InnerScapes, LLC in 2010, changing the name to CZ Mentoring, LLC in 2017 as business grew. Formally trained in psychology, counseling, education, shamanic practice, yoga and life coaching, she is a therapeutic guide, a kundalini yogi, a shamanic/energy/frequency practitioner, a teacher, writer and author.
