Hello, it's great to meet you. I'm Ceci Zúñiga, Founder of CZ Mentoring. I like to say I was born a mystic at heart, curious about the more hidden and subtle aspects of things. As a youngster, I believed in the magic and goodness of life. I loved being outside and spent as much of my time there as possible communing with animals, birds, trees, and even the sun moon, and stars. I had conversations with them—not pretend ones, but for real. And like so many others, I never told anyone because I feared they'd think I was just making it up, weird, or crazy.
As I grew up, my focus turned to other things, and for many years I ignored or "forgot about" that powerful understanding I had with nature. My love of the outdoors continued, but I stifled any notion of communicating with the natural world. It wasn't until my mid-30s following a high-speed, head-on collision and NDE that my interest rose once more, as sensitivities and psychic awarenesses began to resurface.
I began to experience random occurrences of hearing voices and seeing clear images of faces in my mind of people who I understood had died. They wanted me to pass messages to loved ones I was somehow connected to. I chose to keep most of these experiences to myself, except in a few more personal situations. The individuals I shared my visions with confirmed that the content was accurate and relieved something they were in an emotional struggle with. I ultimately decided this was not a role I wanted to play, and I chose to close that door.
In my early 40s following two decades of formal study and practice in psychology, counseling, and educational psychology, I became disillusioned by the limitations of being a school psychologist and retired from the profession in 2005. This allowed me to immerse myself in the study and practice of more ancient healing wisdom rooted in Native American, shamanic, yogic, Buddhist, Pagan, and the Toltec Eagle Knight traditions. I also studied sound, energy, crystal, and Reiki healing methods. That is when I truly began to embrace and nurture my intuition and psychic connection to the natural and invisible worlds.
My priority became my spiritual healing, awakening, and evolution, and I took a deep dive into it. Through this deep dive, I embraced and nurtured my psychic capacities, recognizing that the more I cleared and opened the energy channels flowing through my body, the more clear the intuition. This is not true for just me; it's true for everyone.
I also learned and discovered specific techniques for healing the conditioned self (also called the negative mind, ego mind, or pain body), calming and transmuting overwhelming feelings, reclaiming a sense of wholeness and self-confidence, cultivating true happiness, and building personal sovereignty. I continue to grow and evolve. It's the soul's greatest desire and one of life's greatest adventures.

In 2008 I began life coaching, spiritual mentoring, and teaching yoga and meditation. I also led men and women through transformational spiritual growth intensives, workshops, classes, and core healing sessions in the private sector. Nine years later, I entered the virtual arena as CZ Mentoring, LLC.
There are techniques to heal, restore, reclaim, and live from a more balanced state of power that respects the best of both the masculine and feminine aspects of who we are. These techniques support us in honoring the beauty and power of our uniqueness, connect us more intimately with our true nature, and give us the foundation we need to bring our powerful purpose forward in life. This is the work I am committed to.
If you are ready to change your life but don't know how, there's a powerful reason you're on this site. You may say nothing helps, but you haven't tried everything. Sometimes a different approach is all it takes! The reality is you can argue for your excuses or you can argue for your dreams and you will get what you argue for. I know one thing for certain—if you change nothing, nothing will change.

Today I focus primarily—though not exclusively—on women and the LGBTQI communities:
WOMEN, because we lose our power to so many things. When we live with diminished power year after year as women have, feeling diminished becomes our norm, and we forget how it feels to stand and walk with our power. On the other hand, taking a more masculine stance of power that doesn't fit with women's natural frequency also creates static and discord in our lives and relationships.
Plus, it seems that the feminine frequency of energy is needed now more than ever. Life is suffering under the long-dominant masculine frequency of energy that has ruled our culture for centuries, to the subversion of the more compassionate, creative, intuitive, and visionary stream of the feminine. Life thrives best when the masculine (action) and feminine (compassion) frequencies of energy function in harmonious and powerful balance. Action without compassion is dangerous; compassion without action gets us nowhere. Restoring this balance begins within because we each carry the two frequencies—the masculine and the feminine—within ourselves. When we bring our internal reality into balance, the external reality takes care of itself.
LGBTQI, because even as society has begun to embrace the beauty and power in diversity, there are hateful, fearful, supremacist-minded individuals and groups who not only reject diversity, but cause harm to anyone who does not look, think, or act as they do. This leaves many in the LGBTQI community feeling unsafe, unaccepted, undervalued, under-empowered, afraid to be who they are, and unable to freely enjoy their lives. And THAT is unacceptable to me.
